Elliott is a very unusual looking tabby cat (approximate birth date summer 2000). He came to us in October of 2000 from a feral colony in Lawrenceburg. He went into foster care immediately, and though he had a tough time adjusting, he proved to be quite the snuggler. He now lives at the sanctuary and has become much more trusting of new people.Elliott’s more unique quality is that he LOVES dogs. He loves curling up next to a nice, warm dog belly. He will need a home with patient dogs who are willing to be groomed and adored.

Mac is a big, striking orange and white tabby (approximate birth date 1997). He was rescued as a stray and has had a difficult time adjusting to sanctuary life, though gets along with other cats and seems to enjoy people. He is a mellow guy, and enjoys curling up on the couch or being held and cuddled. Mac is one of our special needs cats because he has Feline Leukemia. She gets along well with other cats and would adjust well to any new family. ADOPTED!

Minnie, Midge, Neko, Jackon are 4 kittens who were found abandoned on a hot summer day, in a box that had been duct taped shut. Only 4 weeks old (Mid-May 2005) at the time, we feared the worst for these little kittens. However, with the right food and loving care, they have blossomed into healthy, affectionate, bundles of energy! All are current on their vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered.
