Gogo's Story
GoGo was rescued from a vet clinic where he was being boarded after his human companion, a long-time friend to the animals, died suddenly. He came to us sad and confused, since he had known his home and family for 12 years before coming to the sanctuary. Thanks to the quiet life at the sanctuary, and the friendship of other dogs, GoGo was able to heal his broken heart. He is a dear soul who would love to spend his final years back in a home-like environment.

Memorial Story
Go Go was quite the trooper in his long life--adjusting to everything he experienced with grace and spirit. In early February, we said good bye...Go Go making it very clear it was his time to go. Though good byes are never easy, this one was done with peace.
By all appearances, he was just an old, red, dog. But to us, he was a great old, red, dog, and one who will never be forgotten.
