Lily

Lily spent several months at a local shelter, where despite her loving nature, she was facing death row. She is a medium-sized, black lab mix who has an uncommonly sweet nature. She has a resilient spirit about her and seems to regard newcomers as new friends. She loves to romp and play in the sunshine and even enjoys swimming. She is aging well, still has an energetic spirit and puppy-like demeanor. Having been with us for so long, she has had to say good-bye to some longtime yard mates, and she seems to be mourning them at times. She is known for her sweet smile--which she turns on as soon as she sees you coming. Lily is a lovely, lovely girl who so deserves to spend her senior years with a family of her own.
